The Word Hurdle game was created by David L. Horne in 2021. The game was inspired by the Wordle game, which was created by Josh Wardle.

How to Play Word Hurdle

Gameplay

The game will give you a five-letter word.

You have to guess the word by typing in letters one at a time.

If you guess a letter correctly, it will be shown in green.

If you guess a letter incorrectly, it will be shown in yellow if it is in the word but in the wrong position.

If you guess a letter incorrectly and it is not in the word, it will be shown in gray.

You have six tries to guess the word.

Instructions for Using the Mouse and Keyboard when playing

To type in letters, you can use your keyboard.

To submit your guess, you can press the Enter key.

To delete the last letter you typed, you can press the Backspace key.
